pinched nerve

Have I ever mentioned how, when I renewed my wedding vows in 2001 (the whys and what happeneds are a whole 'nother entry), that I woke up with a start because I had this horrible shooting pain in my neck and like this pinched nerve? Well if I didn't, you know the story now. Anyway, just now it happened again. That day it took all I had to be able to move my head without crying. How the hell am I supposed to drive to Illinois like this? :(
